Juanita Watts has over two decades of experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the General Manager at SONIC Drive-In since January 2003. In this role, Juanita strategically manages budgets, surpasses sales targets, and leads promotional efforts to enhance revenue while directing a team to optimize workflow efficiency. Juanita's prior experience includes managing operations at Baskin Robbins, focusing on inventory and customer satisfaction from October 2001 to January 2003, and starting as a Carhop/Server at SONIC Drive-In in May 2001, where commitment to operational standards and guest experience was emphasized. Juanita also completed educational training at Forge Institute in mid-2022.
