MacKenzie Gibson

Mackenzie Gibson has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Mackenzie worked at SONIC Drive-In from 2013 onwards, starting as the Director of Culinary Innovation and later progressing to the position of Senior Director of New Product Development Marketing. Their role expanded further to become the Vice President of Culinary & Menu Innovation in September 2021. Before joining SONIC Drive-In, Mackenzie Gibson worked at Jack in the Box as a Sr. Product Development Manager from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they served as the Research & Development Manager at Gardenburger from 2001 to 2005.

Mackenzie Gibson holds a degree in Food & Nutrition with a specialization in Food Product Development from Oklahoma State University.
