Caroline Teng

Caroline Teng, UXC, is a Senior Experience Designer at Sonic Healthcare since July 2023, focusing on enhancing workflows for scientists and medical professionals in the pathology domain and unifying design systems for UX teams. Previously, as a UX Designer at Boston Consulting Group from July 2021 to June 2023, Caroline worked on designing data review platforms across various industries, utilizing machine learning and AI. Experience also includes roles as a UX and Graphic Designer at Ctrl Group Ltd, a Freelance Graphic Designer, and positions at Design Science and O-SB Design, contributing to projects aimed at improving communication in healthcare and supporting arts organizations. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communication from the University of Reading, a Bachelor of Arts in Media Design from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Toronto.
