Irina Dyachkova

Irina Dyachkova is a Medical Errors Prevention Specialist at Sonic Healthcare since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance patient safety protocols and conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential medical errors and safety vulnerabilities. Prior to this role, Irina served as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Novartis from April 2012 to September 2016. Irina holds a Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science degree from UNSW, completed in 2012.
