Matt Cavender, MBA

Matt Cavender, MBA has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on manufacturing and operations. Matt is currently working as a Sr Program Manager at Raytheon Technologies, where they are responsible for managing development and production programs for the U.S. Air Force. Prior to that, they worked at Sonic Manufacturing Technologies as a Sr. Project Manager, where they implemented high-yield technology solutions and fostered cross-functional collaboration. Matt also held positions at NPI Solutions, Inc, Sanmina, Flextronics, Done Right, Inc, and M.Fitness and Therapy Group, where they gained experience in manufacturing, NPI program management, and project management. Throughout their career, Matt has consistently demonstrated their ability to navigate organizations, implement improvements, and drive customer satisfaction.

Matt Cavender, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Colorado Technical University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sports Therapy from La Salle University. In addition to their formal education, Matt has obtained several certifications including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in October 2021. Matt also holds a California Real Estate License from the California Association of Realtors and a General Contractors License Class B from the California State Licensing Board.
