Francesco Madia

Francesco Madia, CISSP, serves as the Technical Support Manager for Premier Support at SonicWall since September 2015, leading a team of senior engineers and subject matter experts. Previously, Francesco was promoted to manage both the Standard and L2 Support Teams, demonstrating strong leadership and achievement of CISSP certification in October 2022. Acknowledged for contributions through various awards, including the FY22 CEO Award for Knowledge Base improvements, Francesco has been instrumental in managing complex technical issues and enhancing customer support quality. Prior experience includes a role as an IP Provisioning Specialist at Alosys Communications and a solid educational background with a Master in ICT from Elis ICT Academy.
