Liz Johnson

As SonicWall’s Chief Administrative Officer, Liz Johnson leads SonicWall’s Legal, HR, Facilities and Trade Compliance functions and joined the company in August 2017. She is a highly respected, results-oriented attorney with more than 25 years of experience with public and private companies. Her expertise includes advising leading technology companies and senior executives for both emerging and mature businesses. She has a proven track record of guiding on critical business and legal issues subject to scrutiny in the international marketplace.

Liz has deep expertise in sales to government, commercial and consumer markets, international technology transactions, business development, sales, marketing, procurement, manufacturing, HR matters, litigation, trade compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining SonicWall, she began her legal career at Texas Instruments and subsequently held positions at Dell and Brocade Communications. Having received her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from The University of Texas, Arlington, Liz earned her J.D. from Baylor University College of Law. In addition, she has contributed her time and talent to several community organizations and is passionate about leadership development and mentoring.
