Todd McHenry

Todd McHenry serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at SONIFI Solutions, Inc., a leader in guest engagement solutions for the hospitality and healthcare sectors, since 2016. Prior to this role, Todd held various significant positions, including Business/Legal Affairs Executive at the Law Office of Todd McHenry, where involvement with Sony Interactive Entertainment Network America LLC facilitated the launch of PlayStation™Vue. Previous experience includes Executive Vice President, Legal at DTZ, International Group General Counsel for DaVita, and Senior Vice President roles at both Raleys and Disney Consumer Products. Todd's legal career began at White & Case and Yuasa and Hara, building a foundation that includes oversight of legal teams and complex negotiations across multiple regions and industries. Todd's educational background features a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, along with post-graduate coursework in international business transactions and a B.A. in Music from Yale University.
