Patricia Vila Moreno de Alboran

Patricia Vila Moreno de Alboran is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Sonnedix since May 2022 and has been a founding partner at Pattipop Kids Shoes since September 2015, specializing in the creation of an online and offline multi-brand shoe store importing from Spain. Prior experience includes a role as an attorney at Grupo Cobra from January 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities involved drafting, negotiating, and overseeing subcontract agreements, as well as managing legal correspondence to resolve conflicts. Patricia also worked as a freelance consultant and translator from September 2011 to September 2015, providing services to various organizations, and held the position of Legal Director at ALTAREA from September 2007 to June 2011 and Senior Associate at Pérez-Llorca from August 2000 to June 2007. Educational achievements include a course in Energy Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2021, a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas completed in 2000, and an Erasmus scholarship at Université catholique de Louvain from 1997 to 1998.
