Gerrit Wörner

Gerrit Wörner is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Product Management Lead for Consumer Services at sonnen, Inc. since March 2021, Wörner oversees a diverse portfolio of products that empower customers to engage actively in the energy transition. Prior to this role, Wörner worked at E.ON from October 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities included developing residential solar products, managing E.ON's branded solar panels, and engaging in an international management trainee program that involved rotations across multiple units. Additionally, Wörner gained experience in software engineering at Uniper Engineering and in business development during an internship at Everjobs. An academic background in Meteorology was pursued at the University of Hamburg and the University of Oklahoma, complemented by undergraduate studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
