Director Customer Experience at Sonnet Insurance Company

Adam Hoffman has extensive work experience in customer experience and strategy roles. Adam is currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Sonnet Insurance Company since 2023. Prior to that, Adam worked at Rogers Communications for over two decades, holding various positions such as Director of CEX Strategy, Director of Journey Design, and Senior Manager of Strategy & Journey Design. Adam was responsible for identifying and addressing customer complaints, recommending process improvements, and managing end-to-end programs. Additionally, Adam has experience in managing escalations, investigating root causes, and resolving issues at the executive level. Adam began their career at Rogers as a Customer Service Agent before progressing to more senior roles.

Adam Hoffman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2005 to 2009. Adam then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from McMaster University from 2009 to 2010.
