Shawn Asafov

Shawn Asafov, CIP, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor Team Leader at Sonnet Insurance Company since February 2017, Shawn has held various roles including Team Lead, Senior Insurance Agent, and Insurance Agent. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as an Insurance Agent at CAA South Central Ontario from 2013 to 2015 and as a Government Account Manager at Softchoice from 2010 to 2011. Earlier experience includes a Sales Associate position at Vincor International from 2006 to 2010. Shawn has achieved the Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, completed between 2017 and 2019, and attended Seneca Polytechnic.
