Stacey Delaney

Stacey is Senior Director of Total Rewards and People Operations at Sonoma Biotherapeutics with more than 13 years of Human Resources management experience.

Prior to SonomaBio, she provided counseling and support to her clients while helping them achieve strategic operational goals and mitigating risk in her position of start-up people operations with Countsy Inc. She has also held HR leadership roles across numerous industries, including biopharma, biotech, finance, manufacturing, and professional services. Her background is broad-based, and she has deep experience in the full complement of HR functions within public, private, global, and startup organizations.

Stacey earned her B.S. from Notre Dame deNamur University. In addition, she is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).
