Amy Trombly

Amy Trombly has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several years. Amy began their career as a Special Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they worked as Vice President at State Street Bank from 1998 to 2000. Trombly then joined the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo as an Associate from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they founded their own law firm, Trombly Business Law, PC, where they served as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer until 2022. During this time, they provided legal representation and counsel to small public companies in matters of SEC compliance, financing transactions, and M&A. Trombly's most recent role was with Sonoma Pharmaceuticals, where they served as both the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel, starting in September 2019 and currently ongoing. Prior to that, they held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer for the same company from September 2019 to December 2019.

Amy Trombly obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Amy later pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at Suffolk University Law School from 1991 to 1994.
