Matt Hayashi

Matt Hayashi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal, customer service, and business development roles. Currently serving as a Paralegal at Sonoma Pharmaceuticals since May 2004, Matt has led contracting responsibilities and played a key role in investor relations during a successful IPO in 2007. Previous positions include Director of Customer Service and Logistics, as well as Business Development and Territory Sales Manager, where Matt developed sales strategies for various markets. Additional experience includes serving as CEO of Cannabis Clearwater LLC, Operating Manager at NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, and roles in education and advocacy. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University and an ABA Paralegal certification from UC San Diego.
