Joseph Musser

Joseph Musser is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and system architecture. Currently serving as Principal Technical Support Engineer at Sonos, Inc. since September 2023, Joseph has also held roles as Principal/Consultant at JRM Consulting, where responsibilities included managing luxury real estate rental projects from inception to deployment. Joseph’s previous positions feature senior roles at Pegasystems, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and as an IT Consultant for Harvard Law School, along with over two decades of experience as a Producer/DJ at JRM Productions. A graduate of Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science degree concentrated in Computer Science, Joseph brings a robust background in IT solutions and client support across diverse industries.
