Arun Chidambaram

Arun Chidambaram currently serves as the Global Head of HR Strategy and Innovation at Sonova Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Arun Chidambaram held positions including People Analytics Leader at GE HealthCare from July 2019 to October 2023, Global Head of Talent Analytics at Pfizer from January 2014 to June 2019, and Director of HR Analytics and HRIS at ESPN from June 2011 to December 2013. Arun Chidambaram also worked as the Manager of Corporate HR Analytics at Merck from January 2007 to June 2011 and as Program Manager of HR Analytics at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from April 1999 to July 2006. Arun Chidambaram began professional career as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at General Automotive from December 1995 to January 1998. Educationally, Arun Chidambaram earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2005 and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1993. Additional studies were completed at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1993 to 1995.
