Fernando Castillo

Fernando Castillo has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Fernando is currently the Vice President of Operations at Sonova Group, where they previously served as the Senior Director of Operations. Prior to that, Castillo was the Director of Operations at Buehler An ITW Company from 2019 to 2021. Fernando also held the position of General Manager at Sterigenics in 2018. Castillo has a long history with Plexus Corp, starting as a Sr. Manager of Program Management in 2010 and progressing to roles such as Director of Operations, Site Management and Director of Operations. Fernando also worked at Jabil, where they were a Business Unit Manager, involved in program management, and served as an Operations Manager and Project Engineer. In an earlier role, Castillo was an Engineering Supervisor at MTI Electronics.

Fernando Castillo attended Villanova University and obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in the field of study. Fernando then pursued a Master of Science in International Business at Central Michigan University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, Fernando Castillo completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics with a focus on Computer Science at Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial from 1992 to 1996.
