Helen Brownlie

Helen Brownlie has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Helen started their career at Brico Engineering Ltd as an R&D Metallurgist from 1989 to 1994. Helen then worked at M&I Materials as a Technical Manager from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they joined Dorma Group as a Quality Assurance Executive from 1999 to 2002, and later as a New Product Manager from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 onwards, they have been associated with Sonova Group, taking on various positions including Head of Quality and Customer Experience, Customer Service Director, Director of Operations and Special Projects, Director of Continuous Improvement, Continuous Improvement Leader and Global Process Owner, and currently as the Director Order Management EMEA.

Helen Brownlie earned a BSc degree in Metallurgy from the University of Strathclyde from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Claremont High School between 1980 and 1985.
