Deirdre Morrison

Deirdre Morrison has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Windows 7 Migration Project Coordinator at Capital District Health Authority. In 2014, they also served as an Administrative Clerk at Nova Scotia Health Authority.

Moving on, Morrison joined NTT DATA Americas in 2015 as an Efraud Security Data Analyst, where they monitored fraud detection systems and performed analysis of case information. Later in 2015, they transitioned to GoSecure as a Cyber Security Analyst and Shift Lead. In this role, they conducted threat analysis, evaluated security postures, and participated in various projects to enhance product and service offerings. Deirdre Morrison has a diverse educational background. Deirdre obtained their IT Diploma with a specialization in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from the Nova Scotia Community College from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Mount Saint Vincent University from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Psychology. Deirdre's academic journey began at Lockview High School, where they completed their General Studies and earned their High School Diploma from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Deirdre has also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they received the Cybersecurity CSX Fundamentals Certificate from ISACA. Deirdre has also acquired multiple certifications from Amazon, including AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials and Introduction to AWS Billing and Cost Management in 2022. Furthermore, Deirdre received the Master the Mainframe 2014 Certificate of Completion (Part 1 & 2) from IBM in December 2014.
