Henrietta Harcsa, PMP

Henrietta Harcsa, PMP has over 15 years of professional experience in various roles and industries. Henrietta most recently worked at Sonrisa Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst - Product Owner & TPM. Prior to that, Henrietta took a sabbatical from 2018 to 2021 to care for an ill family member and also built a successful business as a literary translator.

Before their sabbatical, Henrietta worked at EPAM Systems as a Technical Product Manager / IT Product Manager and as an IT Project Manager. In these roles, they managed a scrum team, provided business requirements, participated in release and workload planning, and acted as a scrum master.

Earlier in their career, Henrietta was employed at IT Services Hungary as a Business Operation Manager and a Project Manager. Henrietta led international projects, developed KPIs, and facilitated the change of invoicing methods between countries.

Their earliest work experience was at NI (National Instruments), where Henrietta held various positions in the FSSC AP department. Henrietta served as a Team Lead, Senior AP Representative, and AP Representative, overseeing projects such as AP migrations and database implementations.

With their diverse background and project management expertise, Henrietta has gained valuable skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, scrum methodologies, and international project coordination.

Henrietta Harcsa, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economic Diplomacy and International Management from Budapest Business School, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2022. In January 2022, they obtained certifications in Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, Developing Organizational Awareness, Learning SQL Programming, and SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis, all from LinkedIn. In December 2021, they acquired certifications in How to Create and Run a Brilliant Remote Workshop, Improve Your UX Design Skills, Programming Foundations: APIs and Web Services, Programming Foundations: Databases, SQL Essential Training, UX Foundations: Interaction Design, UX Foundations: Prototyping, UX Foundations: Research, and Workshop Facilitation, all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in August 2021, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
