Randy Samuels has extensive experience in leadership and emergency medical services, currently serving as the Paramedic Program Director at Elkhart General Hospital since 2011 and as the Campus Pastor at Sonrise Church since 2008. Samuels previously worked as the EMS Coordinator for Fort Wayne Fire Department from December 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included education and clinical quality assurance. With a career spanning over four decades, Randy also held roles as Pastor and Retired Emergency Medical Services Director/Instructor across several organizations including Sonrise Church, Fort Wayne Fire Department, Elkhart General Hospital, Three Rivers Ambulance Authority, and WCEMS from January 1974 to June 2018. Education was pursued at Huntington University.
