Steffanie (Ashby) Atwood has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2010 to 2014, Steffanie worked at BD as a Senior Administrative Assistant to the Customer Service Director, providing administrative and clerical support.

Most recently, they have been employed at Sony Biotechnology Inc. since 2014. Steffanie started as a Customer Service Specialist and then progressed to become a Customer Relations/Sales and Service Operations Supervisor, overseeing customer service specialists and managing instrument orders. Steffanie's current role at Sony Biotechnology is Manager of Customer Service and Sales Support, where they guide and directs the customer service team, manages sales commission reports, ensures excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and resolves customer complaints professionally.

Steffanie (Ashby) Atwood completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from National University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007.
