Eric Guerrido

Eric Guerrido is an experienced professional with a strong background in product training, customer engagement, and team management. Currently serving as the Senior National Product Training & Customer Engagement Manager at Sony Electronics since October 2008, Eric oversees training and support for a large team of Territory Sales Managers and Retail Sales Supervisors across more than 200 retail locations. Previous roles include Area Manager and District Services Leader, where Eric successfully managed multiple high-performing stores and drove significant sales growth. Prior to Sony Electronics, experience includes a Financial Services Consultant position at New York Life Insurance Company and various management roles at Circuit City, where Eric demonstrated a proven track record of turning around underperforming stores. Education includes a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
