Austin Noronha

Austin Noronha is a seasoned executive in the technology and venture capital sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for both Sony Ventures and the Growth Ventures & Innovation group at Sony. Since July 2016, Austin has led the Sony Innovation Fund, focusing on strategic investments in emerging technology companies. With a background that includes roles on the Innovation Advisory Council for both the Japan Society of Northern California and the University of California, as well as chairing the Innovation Board for the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer, Austin is dedicated to fostering innovation and strategic partnerships. Austin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
