Ahmed Ibrahim has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ahmed started their career at Tower Records Dubai in 2002 as a Senior Sales Supervisor, responsible for inventory management and ensuring operational effectiveness. Ahmed then joined Virgin Megastore MENA in 2003, where they held various roles including Head of Department, Multimedia Buyer, Senior Buyer, and Procurement Manager. In these positions, they managed product catalogues, developed strategies for buying areas, negotiated supplier agreements, and oversaw sales activities. Ahmed later joined Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2014 as a Trade Marketing Manager, responsible for coordinating the supply of assets to trade. Ahmed then served as an Electronic Sales Distribution Manager, where they developed and implemented strategies to maximize revenue and provide exceptional customer service. Ahmed's most recent role at Sony Interactive Entertainment, starting in April 2020, is as the Regional Head - Digital at Retail and Non-Game Services. In this position, they lead media services for the MEATI region, manages stakeholder relationships, and conducts contract negotiations.

Ahmed Ibrahim completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing at Middlesex University Dubai. Ahmed attended the university from 2016 to 2018.
