Barbara Covey

Barbara Covey has a work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Barbara started their career at Invidi Technologies as a QA Manager, overseeing a group of QA analysts and supervising all quality assurance testing activities. Barbara then joined DIRECTV as a Principal Engineer 2, where they led a team of system QA engineers and was responsible for evaluating system requirements, troubleshooting defects, and coordinating test activities. Most recently, Barbara has been working at Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Senior QA Engineer, where they are responsible for evaluating and validating system requirements, troubleshooting defects, and conducting various types of testing for multiple applications in the PlayStation Network and PlayStation Network Partners systems. Barbara also maintains the automation Selenium test framework and test scripts.

Barbara Covey holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from The City College of New York. In addition, they have obtained the certification of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
