Davina Mackey, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Davina started their career in 1995 as a Business Systems Analyst at Network Equipment Technologies. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Business Requirements Analyst at NorthPoint Communications, where they played a key role in defining business requirements and improving enterprise resource planning systems. In 2003, they joined Washington Mutual as a Project Coordinator for the emerging markets department in the home lending division, managing launch schedules and initiatives for new markets and lending products in urban communities. Davina joined Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2004, where they held various roles including Project Administrator, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Manager of PDSG Operations. In their most recent role as Director of Support Services & Operations at PlayStation Studios QA, they provided strategic direction and leadership. Throughout their career, Davina has demonstrated their expertise in project management, operations, and support services.

Davina Mackey, MBA, PMP®, has a solid educational background in business administration and management. Davina obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Later, in 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the same institution, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degrees, Davina also holds several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating their expertise in project management. Furthermore, in 2012, they earned the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) from EXIN, showcasing their knowledge in IT service management.
