Dragana Karajic has a diverse work experience in various roles within the gaming and education industries. Dragana started working at Pearson Education in 2004 as a Multimedia Developer and continued in this role until 2006. In 2006, they joined Sony Interactive Entertainment as a PlayStation Store Team Leader and held this position until 2011. Dragana then became the Manager of Content Operations until 2013, and later became the Manager of Voucher Operations until 2017. Finally, in 2017, they transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst in the PlayStation Store.

Dragana Karajic received their BSc degree in Multimedia Computing from the University of Westminster, where they attended from 2001 to 2004. Dragana then pursued further education at Durham University and obtained an MA degree in Management, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Dragana has acquired several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2019, and PRINCE2 Foundation, obtained in June 2016. Dragana also holds a SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification, although the specific institution and date of acquisition for this certification are not provided.
