Eduardo Mendiola has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Eduardo started their career as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Acucorp in 1995 and then moved on to SAIC in 2000, where they worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer for nearly a decade. In 2009, they joined SNEI as an Application Integration Engineer, where they supported Sony device and web client integration and managed release management for Sony Network Platform Production and integration environments. In 2014, they joined Plaza Home Mortgage as a Sr. Application Architect, where they implemented and configured a new Loan Origination System and managed EAI with MuleSoft ESB. In 2018, they joined Teradata as a Staff DevOps Engineer, where they focused on Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes management. Currently, they work at Sony Interactive Entertainment America LLC as a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer, starting in November 2020.

Eduardo Mendiola obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, graduating between the years 1987 and 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from National University, attending from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Eduardo holds various certifications including "Architecting with Google Compute Engine Specialization" from Coursera, obtained in February 2020, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft, obtained in September 2019, "Professional Certificate in General Music Studies" and "Professional Certificate in Jazz Guitar" from Berklee Online, obtained in July 2017 and December 2016 respectively. Eduardo also holds an "Associate MuleSoft Developer" certification from MuleSoft, and "Professional Certificate in Embedded Computer Engineering" from UC San Diego Extension, both obtained in unspecified years. Lastly, they obtained a "Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD)" certification from Sun Microsystems in 2004.
