Nick began their career in 2007 as a Digital Marketing Manager at The Wine Society, where they focused on managing e-commerce, CRM, and content. In 2010, they transitioned to Conrad Advertising as a Senior Digital Account Manager, where they handled clients and provided SEO and conversion optimization consultancy. In 2012, they worked as an International Search Manager at OMD International, leading the Hyatt Hotels global search account migration and developing search strategies. Later in 2012, they joined Starcom MediaVest Group as a Global Associate Director, where they developed digital and social media brand strategies for clients such as Samsung and EMI/Warner Music. In 2015, they joined Starcom as a Digital Performance Director, driving digital excellence and data-driven marketing strategies for various brands. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Digital Development Director at Starcom, where they focused on driving digital excellence and data-driven marketing transformation for brands like Kraft Heinz. Lastly, in 2018, they joined Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Senior Business Manager, performing in a Chief-of-Staff capacity to the SVP and providing business management and strategic counsel for the D2C Leadership Team.
In 2009, Nick Bartlett attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, where they completed a one-year program and earned a postgraduate diploma in Digital Marketing from IDM.
