Sue P. is a seasoned professional in user research, currently serving as the Lead User Researcher at Sony Interactive Entertainment since June 2015. With a strong history in managing research programs and mentoring emerging talent, Sue has contributed to high-profile projects such as "Ghost of Tsushima" and "God of War." Previous roles include Senior User Researcher, User Researcher, and Associate User Researcher, where responsibilities spanned from end-to-end study ownership to supervision of junior researchers.
