Yuri Potapov

Yuri Potapov has an extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Yuri currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Sony Interactive Entertainment since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lectrosonics as a Senior Software Developer for over 10 years, where they implemented various software for wireless products using C# and WPF. Before Lectrosonics, Yuri worked at GE Intelligent Platforms as a Technical Design Engineer, where they wrote software and device drivers for embedded systems. Yuri also worked at SBS Technologies Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for the development and support of avionics software products. In addition, Yuri has experience as a Software Engineer at GTESS Corporation (Acquired by BancTec), where they were involved in product development, customization, and customer support, working on various R&D projects. Yuri'searly work experience includes a role as a Teaching/Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Yuri Potapov attended Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they studied physics, optics, and laser physics. After completing their studies at Saratov State University, Yuri went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas from 1993 to 1994, focusing on microelectronics and optics.
