Alex Lawless

Alex Lawless is an experienced Executive Producer at Sony Music Entertainment, overseeing the podcast entertainment slate since March 2020 and contributing to business development for major brands such as Chanel, Spotify, and the BBC. Prior experience includes roles as a Promoter at Knickerbocker and a range of positions at the BBC, including Producer, Commissioning Executive, and Production Trainee, where responsibilities spanned from producing BBC Sport Interactive to developing content for BBC Comedy. Alex also interned at Total Politics, gaining experience in writing and interviewing notable politicians. Educational background includes a First Class BA (Hons) in History from the University of York.
