Following that, Liz worked at the BBC as an HR Generalist - Global News EMEA, providing support and guidance to managers on staff management. Liz then transitioned to Talon Outdoor, where Liz successfully led the HR function and oversaw the company's employee engagement strategy. At Livework Studio, Liz set up and led the HR function across multiple countries. Currently, Liz serves as the Vice President of People Experience at Sony Music Entertainment, utilizing their expertise to enhance the employee experience.
