Previously, Victor held leadership positions at RCA Music Group, where responsibilities included implementing digital production processes, and at Arista Records, focusing on mastering and production management. Victor began a career in the music industry as an independent record producer and has a background in retail management from The Music Staff. Victor holds education credentials from Kean University and Westfield High School.
