Arik Betesh

Arik Betesh serves as Vice President of Labor Relations at Sony Pictures Entertainment since September 2024. Previously, Arik was General Counsel and Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Pearpop, overseeing legal aspects of commercial transactions for the influencer marketing startup. Arik's tenure at Netflix from May 2015 to August 2021 included roles as Director/Senior Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs of Original Series and Sr. Counsel for Labor Relations, advising on numerous productions such as "Stranger Things" and "The Queen’s Gambit." Earlier experience includes positions at Loeb & Loeb LLP, Rosen Feig Golland & Lunn LLP, and Lions Gate Films. Arik holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
