Margo Lang

Margo Lang currently serves as Vice President of People & Organization (HR) Strategy at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where Margo has held various leadership roles since September 2018, emphasizing talent strategy and branding. In addition, Margo is a yoga teacher and teacher trainer at Mukti Yoga School, responsible for the Sanskrit curriculum. Co-founding Conscious Period, a socially responsible feminine care company, Margo directed product development, brand strategy, and financial management, achieving significant media recognition and successful crowdfunding efforts. Previous experiences include project management consultancy, an MBA internship at CBS EcoMedia, and roles with TOMS and the American Cancer Society, showcasing a strong background in marketing, business development, and community engagement. Margo holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Psychology from Yale University.
