Stephen Shapiro

Stephen Shapiro has extensive experience in the film industry, currently serving as Director of Technology Post-Production at Sony Pictures Entertainment since May 2018. Stephen has held various roles within the company, including Manager and Post Production Engineer in the Technology Development department. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a VFX Editor for The Week Of and as a 1st Assistant Editor on multiple major films such as War for the Planet of the Apes, Now You See Me 2, and Grown Ups. Educationally, Stephen holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
