Ziad Yaghi has extensive experience in distribution and networks within the media industry, currently serving as SVP Distribution & Networks for MENA & Turkey at Sony Pictures Entertainment since September 2011. Ziad's career includes progressive roles at Sony Pictures, where prior titles encompass VP Distribution & Networks and Executive Director, Sales. Previous experience includes positions at TECOM Group Dubai as Director of the Dubai Film Market and Director of Legal & Media Regulatory Affairs, as well as a tenure at OSN as Director of Acquisitions & Legal Counsel. Ziad began the professional journey as an Associate at Walid Nasser & Associates and undertook a traineeship at Open TV. Holding a Law Degree from USJ / ULS, a Masters in Communication Law, an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, and a Leadership Course from Harvard Business School Online, Ziad has a strong educational foundation in business management and communication law.
