Subhra Rath

Subhra Rath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and distribution management within the media and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Distribution Planning & Insights at Sony Pictures Networks India since September 2016, Subhra previously held the position of Associate Vice President in the same area. Prior to Sony, Subhra worked at Star India focusing on Business Strategy & Consumer Insights, and held various roles at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd and Reliance, where responsibilities included senior management in strategy and business transformation. Earlier career experiences include business development at Wall Street Finance Ltd and a summer internship in HSBC Treasury. Subhra holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
