Enric Vinaixa

Enric Vinaixa has extensive experience in human resources and technology within Sony, beginning as an IT Analyst at Sony España S.A. and advancing through various leadership roles, including Senior Manager for B2E and HR solutions. Currently serving as Deputy Sr. General Manager for the Global HR Platform and Head of Global HR Enabling Services, Enric oversees HR services across more than 60 countries and aligns HR technology strategies. Previous positions include Director of European HR Operations & Technology and Global HR Operations and Core Process Modeling Project Lead, where Enric implemented new HR delivery models and streamlined processes. Enric holds a degree in Computer Science and has completed multiple certifications and executive programs in management.
