Shinobu Utamura

Shinobu Utamura is a UX lead and researcher at Sony since December 2021. Previously, Shinobu held various managerial positions at Fujitsu from April 2002 to October 2022, including roles in co-creating programs and brand and design strategy within corporate marketing. Shinobu's initial experience as a user experience designer spanned from October 2008 to March 2016 at Fujitsu Design Limited, where certification as a Human Centered Design Professional was achieved. Academic background includes a Master of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University (1999-2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Meiji University (1995-1999).
