Irene Bouman-Ipema

Irene Bouman-Ipema currently serves as an HR Adviseur at Lefier since January 2024 and as a member of the Raad van Toezicht at SOOOG since April 2023. In addition, Irene is a member of the Regionale Geschillencommissie Talentenregio since January 2020. Prior roles include P&O adviseur at Gemeente Eemsdelta (October 2023 - January 2024), Strategisch (beleids)adviseur Mens & Organisatieontwikkeling and teamcoördinator at Noorderpoort (March 2021 - September 2023), and P&O Adviseur at Woningcorporatie Mercatus (November 2019 - February 2021). Irene's previous experience includes advising on HR matters at Onderwijsgroep Noord, Gemeente Groningen, and Gemeente Eemsmond, along with various roles at KPN / PTT Post. Irene's education includes a recent course at Leeuwendaal in 2022 on job description and evaluation, a Green Belt in Lean from UNC Plus Delta in 2016, and studies at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003.
