Rinus Michels

Rinus Michels has extensive experience in governance and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Rinus serves as a member of the Supervisory Board (RvT) for Zonnehuisgroep Noord and Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs Oost-Groningen and as an advisor for Stichting voor Beleidsanalyse & Bestuursondersteuning (StiBaBo). Additionally, Rinus is a board member of Stichting DeHolmDenAndel, which focuses on sustainable community initiatives, and holds the position of Vice Chair at Spierziekten Nederland. Rinus also acts as the Chair of the RvT at KCZB and has been a member of the advisory board at Enne Jans Heerd and Stichting Het Spijslokaal Warffum. Rinus previously served as the Mayor of Gemeente Winsum for a decade. Rinus' educational background includes a degree from the Academie voor Bedrijfskunde, completed between 1993 and 1997.
