André Cavalcante

André Cavalcante is currently the Head of Sales and Growth at Sooper Holding. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Director at Eduqo for 9 months. Eduqo is an edtech company focused on helping k12 schools to use digital technology and data to personalize the student's learning path, to engage students and teachers and to reduce pedagogical bureaucracy.

Before joining Eduqo, André Cavalcante worked at Quero Educação for 2 years and 1 month, where they held various positions such as Head of B2B Solutions and Head of Integrations. In these roles, they were responsible for developing new business solutions designed to help educational institutions with intake, retention, financial health and optimization of management and operation. André also led the Inbound Marketing / Sales and Operations teams, which work with the new solutions developed. Additionally, they were responsible for helping the technology teams of educational institutions to automate processes of intake, enrollment and financial management through integrations with Quero's APIs; improving Quero's APIs in order to make the necessary integrations feasible; creating solutions to facilitate and reduce the effort spent by institutions during integrations; and leading the Integration Team.

Before their time at Quero Educação, André Cavalcante worked as Coordenador de Operações de Marketplace at Brasil/CT for 9 months. Prior to that, they were the Coordenador de Engenharia de Confiabilidade at Parque de Material Aeronáutico de São Paulo for 2 years and 1 month. André started their career as an Estágiário, Aspirante a Oficial at Força Aérea Brasileira - FAB for 10 months.

André Cavalcante is also the Co-Founder, Presidente e Professor do Casdinho at CASD Vestibulares, which they have been running for 1 year and 11 months.

André Cavalcante has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician. André also has a Finance & Quantitative Modeling Online Specialization from Wharton Online. André is currently enrolled in two courses from Business Training Company - the Strategy & Finance Program and the Pricing Strategy Program.
