Lucas Crivellaro Subkowiaki began their career in 2014 as an Auxiliary of the Kitchen at Ernesto Ristorante, a renowned Italian restaurant. In 2015, they moved to Anis Gastronomia, where they worked as a Cook, providing food service and maintaining and organizing the store and showcases. From 2016 to 2020, Lucas worked at Universidade Positivo in various roles, including Analyst of Processes, Administrative Analyst, Administrative Assistant, and Inspector. In 2020, they joined Delivery Center as a Customer Experience Supervisor, where they were responsible for ensuring multichannel excellence for each customer and leading assistants to work as one team. In 2022, they began working at Sooper as a Customer Experience Analyst.

Lucas Crivellaro Subkowiaki attended Universidade Positivo from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Graduação in Gastronomia. Lucas then returned to Universidade Positivo in 2015 to pursue a Bacharelado in Engenharia Civil, which they completed in 2020. In 2017, they obtained a Yellow Belt - Lean Six Sigma certification from Universidade Positivo, and in 2015 they obtained an AutoCad 2D e 3D certification from Autodesk.
