Victoria Zhukova

Victoria Zhukova currently serves as the Marketing Director at Sopharma since September 2025. Previously, Victoria held positions such as Business Unit Head at Galderma from October 2020 to April 2025 and Head of Marketing and Category Management at BIC between January 2017 and October 2020. Victoria's career also includes roles at Nestle S.A. as Marketing Manager for Culinary products, Senior Marketing Manager at Avon, Senior Brand Development Manager at Kimberly-Clark, Trade Marketing Manager at SABMiller, and Sales Support & Trade Marketing at Danone. Victoria holds an MBA in Marketing from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
