Julie Boucher

Julie Boucher has extensive experience in the field of commercial law. Julie is currently the Director of Commercial Law at SOPHiA GENETICS, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Legal Manager in the same field at SOPHiA GENETICS from February to July 2022. Julie also worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at SOPHiA GENETICS from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining SOPHiA GENETICS, Julie worked as the EMEA Senior Legal Counsel at bioMerieux from December 2013 to July 2021. Julie gained further experience as a Legal Counsel at Sopra Group from November 2010 to September 2013 and as a Legal Counsel at Steria from March to September 2010.

Julie started their career as an Assistante Juridique at Consulat General de France from January to September 2007 and later served as a Legal Counsel - NTIC at France Telecom Spain in an unspecified period from 2008 to 2009.

Julie Boucher has a diverse education background in the field of law. Julie completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques in 2005. Following that, Julie pursued further specialization in law by completing their Master's degree in Business Law from Université Lumiѐre Lyon 2 in 2006. Julie then went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2007. Julie's education journey culminated with a Mastère spécialisé JMI degree in 2010 from emlyon business school, where they further enhanced their knowledge in the field of law.
