Aarti Mohan

Aarti Mohan is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Director of QA Engineering at Sophos since October 2016. Aarti has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects through effective leadership of QA teams and collaboration with development teams using Agile methodologies. Prior to Sophos, Aarti held significant roles at Siemens Healthineers, managing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and at Thomson Reuters and Blackbaud, where Aarti contributed to software testing processes and test case management. Aarti holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
